Apps finally out of my head and into your hands with currently three live, and plenty more in the works. Do you have an idea for an app or need some rapid prototyping for a concept? Or even want early access to an app to help test? Send me a message and let's see what happens!
StableHand is built for private stables and boarding properties; it keeps your whole team on the same page without the group chats, whiteboards and guesswork. Managers set up feeding schedules, rug rules and task lists for each horse and grooms check things off in real time. It's weather-aware too, so it'll flag when a horse needs a rug change based on tonight's forecast.

Driving NZ's rural highways? SPNZ shows passing lanes up to 20kms ahead so you spend less time stuck behind a caravan and more time enjoying the view.
Google PlayComing soon
SPNZ uses your location to calculate the distance to upcoming passing lanes and show your current speed. Your location is processed entirely on your device and is never sent to our servers.
Make sure you're on or near a New Zealand state highway — SPNZ currently covers state highways only, not local roads. Also check you have an internet connection to download the latest lane data.
Tap the Report button in the speed section while you're in a passing lane. The app will prompt you for details when you next stop. You can report incorrect locations, wrong speed limits, or lanes that no longer exist.
Yes. Once loaded with an internet connection, passing lane data is cached on your device. You can drive without a connection — you just won't receive data updates until you're back online.
Toggle "Keep Screen Awake" at the top of the Driver screen. This prevents your phone from sleeping while the app is active.
Yes — completely free with no ads or in-app purchases.
The binary polling app. Drop a question, pick a side, see what the world thinks — nice n simple, no fluff, just the universe answering back.

YNTT ("the App") is operated by Kit, based in New Zealand. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.
Information we collect
When you use YNTT, we collect the following:
Account information: Email address and date of birth (to verify you are 13 years or older)
Content you create: Questions you post, including question text, answer options, colours, and topic categories
Your activity: The votes you cast on questions within the app
All data is stored securely using Supabase, our database provider.
How we use your information
We use your information solely to operate the YNTT app, including creating and maintaining your account, displaying questions and votes to other users, calculating and showing voting statistics, and verifying age requirements (13+). We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, analytics, or any other purpose beyond running the app.
Information sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Your email address and date of birth remain private. The only information visible to other users is the questions you post and the votes you cast. Your data is stored on servers operated by Supabase, who may access data as necessary to provide their services but does not use it for any other purpose.
Advertising
YNTT uses Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant advertisements. You can opt out of personalised ads in your device Settings.
In-app purchases
YNTT Pro subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store via RevenueCat. We do not store your payment information. RevenueCat may collect purchase history to manage your subscription status.
Your rights
Delete your account: You can delete your account at any time through the app's profile screen. This permanently removes your account, email address, date of birth, and all questions you've posted.
Delete questions: You can delete individual questions through the app interface.
Please note that votes are permanent and cannot be changed or deleted once cast.
Age requirements
YNTT is intended for users aged 13 and older. We verify your age through the date of birth you provide during account creation. If we discover a user under 13 has created an account, we will promptly delete that account and all associated data.
This privacy policy is governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from this policy or your use of YNTT will be resolved under New Zealand jurisdiction.
Safe Pass NZ ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.
Location data
Safe Pass NZ requires access to your device's location services to function. We use your location to calculate your distance to upcoming passing lanes, determine your current speed and heading, and provide timely alerts when approaching passing lanes.
Your location data is processed entirely on your device. We do not transmit your real-time location to any server, and we do not track your journeys or movements.
Flag reports
If you choose to report an issue with a passing lane, we collect the passing lane identifier, the type of issue reported, any optional notes you provide, and a device identifier (to help identify patterns in reports). This information is used solely to improve the accuracy of our passing lane database.
Analytics
We do not use any third-party analytics services. We do not collect usage statistics, crash reports, or behavioural data.
Data storage
Flag reports are stored securely on servers provided by Supabase, with data centres located in Australia. Reports are retained only as long as necessary to verify and action the reported issues.
Data sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share aggregated, anonymised data about passing lane issues with the New Zealand Transport Agency (NZTA) to help improve road infrastructure.
Your rights
Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to request access to any personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, and request deletion of your information. To exercise these rights, please contact us.
Children's privacy
Safe Pass NZ is not intended for use by children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Snapt is a synchronised photo-taking app that helps friends capture photos together at the same moment. This privacy policy explains how we handle your information.
Session information
Snapt collects minimal data. Session IDs (temporary 6-character codes) are used to connect devices, along with connection data to enable real-time synchronisation and a count of devices in a session. Session data is temporary and deleted when your session ends. We do not store session IDs or connection logs permanently.
Photos and montages
When you enable montages, photos are temporarily uploaded to our servers to create a combined image. All photos are deleted immediately after processing. Montages are stored for 24 hours from the time of creation and then permanently deleted. We never access, view, or retain your photos beyond this temporary processing window.
No personal data
We do NOT collect names, email addresses, or contact information; location data; device identifiers beyond temporary session connections; usage analytics or tracking data; or any personally identifiable information.
Data storage & security
Our servers (hosted on Railway.app) only facilitate real-time connections. Session data exists only during active sessions (typically 1–5 minutes). All connections use secure WebSocket protocols (wss://).
Your rights
You control your data. Delete photos from your photo library at any time. Close the app to disconnect and delete session data. Uninstalling removes all app data from your device.
Children's privacy
Snapt is intended for users 13 years and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
StableHand is a horse care management app for private stables. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it.
Information you provide directly
Account information: Your email address and password (authenticated via Supabase, passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text)
Profile information: Your name or display name as entered in the app
Horse profiles: Names, descriptions, photos, and care details for horses in your stable
Care and task data: Feeding schedules, care logs, rug status, and task notes you create
Transfer codes: 6-character codes used to move horses between stables
Information collected automatically
Device type, OS version, and app version (for troubleshooting), push notification tokens (registered with Apple Push Notification Service), and anonymised usage data that doesn't identify individual users.
Location data
If you grant location permission, StableHand uses device location to support geofencing features such as arrival/departure alerts at a stable. Location is only used to trigger these alerts and is not stored beyond that. You can revoke location access at any time in your device settings.
Information from other users
A stable Owner/Manager may associate your account with a stable or assign you a role — this is inherent to the app's collaborative nature.
How we use your information
To operate the app and its features, authenticate your account, deliver push notifications, enable geofencing, process horse transfers, provide weather-aware care advisories, troubleshoot bugs, and communicate significant changes. We do not use your data for advertising and do not sell your personal information.
Data storage & security
Data is stored via Supabase with encryption in transit and at rest. Row Level Security policies ensure users can only access data they're authorised to see within the app.
Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data — including care logs and stable records — is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is legally required.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, or restrict or object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, use the contact form below.
Children's privacy
StableHand is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
International users
StableHand is operated from New Zealand. Data may be transferred to and processed in New Zealand or other countries where our service providers (including Supabase) operate.

These Terms govern your use of StableHand, a horse care management app. By downloading, installing, or using StableHand, you agree to these Terms.
1. About StableHand
StableHand is a horse care management app for private stables, enabling stable owners, managers, grooms, and horse owners to coordinate feeding schedules, task tracking, care logs, and horse location and rug status.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use StableHand. If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must have reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
3. Accounts and access
You must create an account to use StableHand and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. StableHand operates with three access roles — Owner/Manager, Groom, and Horse Owner — each with differentiated permissions, controlled by the stable's Owner/Manager. You're responsible for all activity under your account; notify us immediately via the contact form if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use StableHand unlawfully, attempt unauthorised access to other accounts or data, introduce malicious code, misrepresent your identity or role, harass or harm others, reverse-engineer the app, or use automated tools to scrape data from it.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit, including horse profiles, care logs, notes, and photos. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, display, and process it solely to operate and improve the app. You're solely responsible for your content — we do not verify the accuracy of horse, schedule, or care information, and are not liable for decisions made based on it.
6. Push notifications and location
StableHand may send push notifications relating to care tasks, transfer requests, and other events — manageable in-app or via device settings. Certain features, including geofencing for arrival/departure alerts, require location access. Location access is optional; disabling it will limit geofencing functionality.
7. Horse transfers
The transfer system allows horses to be moved between stables or users. Transfer requests require explicit approval from the horse's home property owner. You agree to use the system only for legitimate stable management purposes and not to misuse transfer codes.
8. Third-party services
StableHand uses Supabase (database and authentication) and Apple Push Notification Service. Your use of these is also subject to their respective terms. We're not responsible for third-party outages, breaches, or policy changes beyond our reasonable control.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep StableHand available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and may suspend it for maintenance without prior notice. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time, and may update these Terms — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Disclaimers
StableHand is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. It does not guarantee error-free operation, that in-app information (including weather advisories) is accurate, or that it suits your specific stable management needs. StableHand is a coordination and tracking tool — it does not replace professional veterinary, equine, or stable management advice.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of StableHand, including loss of data, missed care tasks, or decisions made based on information in the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the preceding 12 months.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts, without prejudice to your rights under local consumer law where you reside.
My career experience over the years has given me plenty of skills to lean on and knock out some app ideas that have been rattling around for a while now. I have a few more in the works (all at various stages) and I'm sure there's plenty more to come too! If you'd like to help test these apps and get an early preview, then contact me below.
If you're interested in my design background, have a look at my portfolio here.
I've also enjoyed automating the house, with my love for Home Assistant.
PS — I also love cars and currently have a 1988 Lancia Delta to (one day) restomod. Watch this space.
